RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
M Designs provides out-of-the-box ideas, trade-only sources and project management on each interiors project. Whether you are an individual client or custom builder, we have design services to fit your needs.
ne of the ways in which we are different from other firms, is that M Designs isn’t known for a particular look or style. Instead we will take your vision and interpret it into a beautiful space that fits your wants and needs. With design expertise, trade-only sources, space planning, out-of-the-box ideas, budgeting services, project management and realistic lead times, you can expect a dramatic transformation.
Custom Builders
If you are a high-end residential builder, we will design and project- manage your speculative or build-to-suit project. We take plans at permitting stage and design your spec with your vision, or work with your homeowner to create construction specifications for each project. We select all exterior and interior finishes and fixtures to complete the vision you client wants, with the clients’ allowances in mind. We work with all trades to complete your clients vision, including cabinetry, trim, lighting, tile installation and special paint finishes.
Individuals
For individual clients, when you call for a consultation, we will meet with you in your space to determine the scope of the project. From there we will develop a plan that allows you to determine how much you want to achieve with your timeline and budget. After a presentation and sign-off from you, we move forward to design, order and complete your vision.
You can have as much or as little input as you like in all areas of your design. In addition to our design services mentioned above, we offer color consultation, furnishings, art, accessories, and case goods, as well as custom and ready-made luxe bedding and drapery.
